hand chain hoist

Hand Chain Hoist Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. We help US warehouse buyers collect rated capacity, lift height and duty class, then request factory wholesale quotes on that written line. We do not manufacture, stock or authorize equipment.

Replace one machine

Write the duty you are replacing: rated capacity with units, lift height or hook-to-hook travel, load chain size, and whether the old unit hung from a top hook or rode a plain trolley. Keep the replacement as one hand chain hoist family so each factory answers the same capacity basis instead of mixing a lever hoist catalog with a powered chain hoist.

Name the suspension you expect on the replacement. A rigid hook mount, a push trolley and a geared trolley are different quoted extras. If the existing load chain and hooks stay, say so; if the factory must supply the full hanging set, say that too. Browse inquiry options when the family name is still too wide.

Check site interfaces

Headroom, beam capacity and aisle width sit next to lift height when the hoist serves a mezzanine or maintenance bay. Lowered height, hook approach and whether a trolley flange width is known belong in the brief even when the buyer only wants a machine-only reply.

These markers are buyer checklist steps, not factory certificates or completed-project counts. Public specification pages for this family often list capacity, lift height and duty; copy those unit names into the brief instead of a bare number. See units before quotes.

Where the brief usually starts

Application names below are warehouse and plant lifting settings. They are inputs for factory matching, not proof that this desk already installed equipment in those buildings.

Aisle maintenance lifts

Aisle width, pallet size and upright clearance change hook travel more than a nameplate number.

Mezzanine beam hoist icon

Mezzanine beam work

Beam capacity, load center and free lift notes keep a substitute model from being compared on nameplate only.

Dock equipment room hoist icon

Dock equipment rooms

Dock height and pit depth belong on the RFQ even when freight and civil work stay excluded.

Covered staging hoist icon

Covered staging bays

Portable gantries still need headroom, travel and who supplies the load chain. Outdoor recovery winches stay out of this family.
